Matteo Bezzi
Matteo Bezzi has over 15 years of experience working with international organizations such as the United Nations, the OSCE, and the European Union. His career spans peacekeeping operations, political missions, electoral affairs, and human rights, with extensive fieldwork in complex and post-conflict environments. Matteo has participated in more than 20 Election Observation Missions, with a particular focus on Latin America. He is currently based in Lisbon.
Carlos Vegas
Carlos Vegas has been working with international organizations since 2003, including the UN, the EU, the OSCE and the OAS. He has been involved in election observation and electoral assistance for the last 17 years, including 15 Election Observation Missions. He has been researching on electoral technology since 2011 and is now currently pursing his PhD studies at his Alma Mater, the Universidad Complutense de Madrid
